Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required content needed to complete services. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

No Guarantees

While we aim to improve online presence and conversions, NovexWeb does not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or revenue.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to their website content and design, excluding third-party assets or licenses. NovexWeb may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

NovexWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
